Lighthouse Family
The Lighthouse Family was formed in Newcastle, England by vocalist Tunde Baiyewu and keyboardist Paul Tucker. During the duo's college years, they recorded a few tracks, among them the singles "Lifted" and "Ocean Drive". Their full debut LP, also titled "Ocean Drive", was released in 1995 and attracted almost no attention. It was only two years later that the single "Lifted" hit the UK charts, reaching number one in 1997 and gaining radio play all around Europe. The group's second LP, "Postcards From Heaven", was released the same year.
